Not as nasty as it could have been, as I planned to do 100 push ups, 200 swings, and run 7 laps. I stitched up in the right oblique after the 6th lap and my push ups were suffering, so I boogied out. Which was a good idea, as I am feeling mighty fresh today, and after a breakfast of 8 eggs scrambled with eggplant and zuchinni cubes, and a lunch of 1 chicken breast and some rice, I should be ready to burst by 1500, when today's workout is scheduled.
