I have known Renee for 6 years and this is our second round of training together. When she came to me in April she had already lost over 20 pounds by limiting alcohol and increasing activity, and she looked great. There were some functional issues with her body that were my primary mission, and the physique transformation that followed was quite sightly. I will not give the actual measurements, but i will give you the dates we measured and the inches lost in certain spots, as well as the comments she made to me which validated my station in life. I am a transformer.

Yes, this is quite common if nutrition is spot on and if you train with me ten sessions a month. The numbers are great but what validated my work was when we squatted the other day and she said "Yay, these don't hurt".
We have been training using Authentic Strength kettlebell methods and Gym Movement protocols.
She wanted it bad, and she has it. Are you getting better every day?
ADDENDUM: This came from Renee last night.
Will Williams, my friend,
Thank you. When I read your post of my “transformation”… I cried. I know how I've changed, and I feel and look better then I've ever felt in my life. I came to you when I needed help. I could maintain calories and exercise, but I didn't know what to do to fine tune. I didn’t know how to weight or strength train, in order to move beyond the place I was stuck in. More so, even if I did, I just didn't have the motivation to do that type of training. Now I have the determination and "will"power! (Sorry, I had to do that.)
I know I have made great improvements with your support, and of course, you have my deep trust in your training techniques. Over the years, you have trained me through several different techniques you have studied. And with all honesty, the Gym Movement methods I have been learning, are for the 1st time allowing me to enjoy and look forward to training. I am simply not an athlete. But I am healthier now than I ever imagined I could be. I have changed from a person, who was just losing weight and probably some muscle/strength to a physically functional person.
I had many obstacles to overcome in order to make training, just comfortable. The current practices allow you to take into consideration that not every client can maneuver the same way. I like that my training is tailored to me. I still have a little bit to go for my personal weight goals, but the dietary and activity changes I have made, along with the proper and healthy strength training I learn from you, are all steps I have decided to take to make this a permanent lifestyle. I am not unrealistic. I still have my faults, I am only human. Just a healthier human!
You're right, I wanted it BAD...so bad, I'll never look back at the person I have lost. I can only look at the person who is here in me today….and she is indeed, getting better everyday!
Thank you,
Renee A. Shea
p.s. I thought for a minute to post this in your comments to the blog. I wasn’t sure if it’s appropriate to do so. I of course believe that my success as your client only reflects on you as a trainer. If positive testimony will help you succeed, then by all means, please use all or parts of this. Or I’ll gladly post it. As long as your success lets you still be close enough to be my “transformer”!
