Today i took some photos and some measurements. The flicks showed up on Facebook, but here are the circumference measurements and the changes since my last set.
Neck 17.5" UP A HALF INCH
Shoulders 49.25" SAME
Chest 46" UP A HALF INCH
Navel 38" SAME
Waist 37.25" DOWN 1/4 INCH
Hips 43" DOWN 3/4 INCH
Left bicep/forearm 16.25"/13" BICEP UP 1/4 INCH
Right bicep/forearm 16 1/8"/13" UP MORE THAN 1/2 INCH
Left thigh/calf 25.5"/16 7/8" THIGH DOWN AND CALF UP
Right thigh/calf 25.75"/17.25" THIGH DOWN AND CALF DOWN
Now, here's the 'propaganda'. This is exactly what i wanted from my body's numbers. Chest and arms UP, waist and thighs down. Pain is receding every stinking day. And today, i trained with INTENT.
I did not simply test things and move around hoping to not incur pain, i actually had a training session. I took these photos and measurements before i trained. And if you look at the photos one post prior, my abs look a little different. Better, i would say. Better than last week. And that is just how i look.
