A thin film of dust has settled over my keypad, it has been so long. Finishing with Doctor Bravo's PR we kept it rollin. Break of break of dawn style. If you are into that sort of thing. . .
Recent PRs from Clients. . .
Tiny Tangetti-Pistol density, deadlift intensity-new 1RM = 210 lbs., or 1.67x her bodyweight.
Anne The Fan-PR military press intensity [10kg x 10 reps each arm, strict]
Neighbor Bob-Personal Record in TRX bodyweight rows.
Oh yeah. . . .the Major snatched for 8,000 lbs. in an 'under the wire' density PR. Hard wired. Hostile. Legendary.

For your weekend, to motivate you and share enthusiasm: Doctor Bravo
She would never ever congratulate herself on anything. Stanford graduate, PhD, wonderful wife to MurphQuake and award winning scientist. Classic over achiever but chronically disappointed in her own Gym performance. Well too bad Chicky-Poo!!!!!!!!! You crushed your old 1 repetition maximum lift in the Sumo deadlift by 30 lbs. Or, nearly 18% increase in load. So, here is what we applied differently from the previous 3 weeks of sessions. We dead lifted FIRST in the session. We tested, scaled the load, and then went for the jugular. Here is the data.
120 lbs. x 5 reps, rest 3:00
135 x 5, rest 2:30
135 x 4, rest 3:30
150 x 4, rest 4:00
160 x 4, rest 5:00
170 x 4, rest 5:20
185 x 1, rest 2:30
200 x 1, DONE.
Volume 4,120 lbs.
Intensity = +30lb, intensity Personal Record
Density 7.26%
Congratulations old friend.

Wednesday 15 Sept. physique transformation report
Photos and measurements. Be mindful, thse were taken in very friendly light compared to the last set of outdoor shots.
Bodyweight of 236 lbs., loss of 2 lbs, since last week. I am using two different scales, and both tracked me at -2 from last Tuesday Sept. 7th.
Neck = 16.5" Down 1" possible discrepancy
Shoulders = 49.75" Up 1/2"
Chest = 45.5" Down 1/2"
Navel = 37" Down 1"
Waist = 36.75" Down 1/2"
Hips = 43.75 " Up 3/4" ?
Left Arm = 16 1/8", forearm 13.25" Nearly the same
Right Arm = 16 3/8, forearm 13.25" Nearly the same
Left thigh = 26.5", calf =17.25"
Right thigh = 26.5", calf = 17.5" Thighs and calves up on both sides, a possible discrepancy but if it's reality, i'm cool with it. Next week's photos i will be wearing Manties so you can see my legs. They look nice. I want to eat them.
